Password Reset or Unlock Required?
ResetMe
ResetMe is T-Mobile's password reset and unlock tool. ResetMe can be used from any computer connected to the internet and requires strong phish-resistant MFA credentials such as a security key, Windows Hello for Business, or a smart card. For details see the guides below.
MFA Registration
Need to register or modify your Microsoft Multifactor (MFA) methods? Got a new phone? You can use ResetMe to activate your own account(s) for MFA registration. Before you can use ResetMe, you need to already have your security key or Windows Hello for Business registered.
Note: Global Care users will not have access to this feature in ResetMe, please work with your Site/Login POC for MFA support.
Authorized Retail - Express (Metro by T-Mobile) Employees
AR-E employees only - you will use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) tool to unlock your account or reset your password.
Prerequisite for SSPR: You must have Microsoft MFA setup with at least 2 authentication methods (excluding SMS). Visit the Microsoft MFA Portal (with your T-Mobile credentials) to check your status, register, or update authentication methods. See below for in-depth instructions.
